@574,614 (RWBY Rhubarb !!iNo3FkiZx)It's a townhouse, 2178 sq ft lot. The back yard is small but isn't fenced in and connects to nice open space. It has a finished basement, so I wouldn't really call it a dungeon, but there will probably be a lot of sex in said basement, so close enough. Nice deck. All new kitchen appliances. New carpet. New paint. Basically in near perfect condition so I can just move in and not worry about fixing up a bunch of shit.
