Like if we generalized a lot. Who comes out of it better? Personally, i think women are a little emotional and too much really. Maybe if i was a woman i would understand.
Clearly the liver is the better organ, you lose your kidneys there is still some chance of a transplant.

The first human liver transplant was performed in 1963.
Kidneys liver heart lungs. Just costly.
Brain transplants are still in R&D.
