are any of you actual lawyers? i dont think your understanding what im saying. the dog owns the house. it is called the doghouse by the neighborhood. thaT makes it more human law than dog laws or nature which would mean normally someone could shoot it but once again i dont want violence not just because its wrong but i dont want to be in trouble for shooting a property owner.

also ive talked to one of my smarter friends who took some pre law classes in college and he too agrees that this isnt a normal dog. its a special dog with many friends of the town and suing it will be difficult since the dog is very popular.

So it was around noon and I was wearing shorts, a shirt, no shoes and no bra. I walk outside onto my driveway with my rat terrier to get the mail.
All of a sudden we see my neighbors female pitbull running at us. I try to pick up my dog and the pitbull nicks my hand with its teeth and then takes my dog and runs off with it. I follow them to where the dog lives and my dog is screaming. The pitbull is just chewing him! So we end up in the street and I try to lift the dogs back legs because I heard that it would make a pit release. It didnt work. Across the street the was the mail man in his truck and parked in the street. I yell at them "call 911!" Neither had phones. So I crouch over the two animals, straddling the pit and I start punching it in the face. The whole time I'm crying and screaming "call 911!"and "why are you making me do this?!"
The blows do nothing. So I start getting this feeling like after my dog is dead, I'll be next. By this point, I'm pretty far from my home and I cant outrun a dog.

So I start to touch the pits head and find that boney brow ridge. I then begin pushing two fingers into its left eye. It doesnt react. I keep doing that until the eye pops and the juices run down my hand. I suddenly feel very calm and get the thought that everything is over.
The pit lets go of my dog, shakes its head a few times and casually strolls down the sidewalk. Im covered In dog blood and saliva. My dogs runs home and waits at the door. His body is hanging in shreds. It took 70 stitches to close him up.
