...if they accidentally sent you this image? Apparently meant to send it to someone else in their contact list. They did apologize, with a "hope you weren't offended!" when they realized the mistake.

It's not an employer/employee relationship. He's essentially a broker. I have to wonder about his judgment. Probably more than that - I hate people with these attitudes.

Are they committing crimes or scaring off customers? If not, I dont see the problem.
I currently work with people who are blacks that are racist against whites, Hispanics, and Island blacks. Island blacks who hate American blacks. Cubans who hate mexicans. Southern Baptists who feel like other religions are cults. Christians who hate Catholics, etc.
Should they all be fired?
