Microsoft just released a statement that some assholes have been impostring them and sending viruses via email (picture related)

I clicked the damn thing because it had a so called 'live id which gives it a green shield next to it. They said that we ought to not click on the email because viruses could be in them. Well shit, i already clicked it. How fucked is my computer?

This email also appeared after a long period where gmail would beg me to read a new privacy statement every time i opened my browser. Very suspicious, something fucked up is going on.
