The email in question is a spare email account I use when I need to enter some email account somewhere that is likely to send me a ton of unwanted emails and then sell their data to marketers who will send me a load of more shit I don't want. I never know my passwords when I have to enter them from a phone or something. I had a reasonably complex password that I used for many years that is now a muscle memory sequence that I start typing from a different key for different sites and I just remember the first key. It's more of a finger press pattern moving around the keyboard, than a password that I remember.
Even a shitty passwords like password123 would be at least one or two keys off to the left or right so its [sddeptf234 or oAAQIES`12 instead.
