Huamn NPCs should be good. I might make a minichan server happen again once the game becomes less boring. Currently it's way too easy to survive indefinitely with just two people working together.

Be sure to first visit the gunstore first (hunting knifes are great). The easiest way to get in is with the sledgehammer, but they can be a pain to find. If you happen to have the more common carpentry gear (axe, saw, hammer, nails) you can just go into the next door food building to the first floor, build a floortile outside the window and then build a skybridge into the roof of the gun store and repel down. Armed with these weapons, and having an impenetrable base against zombies, you will have no difficulty finding your beta blockers and taking on the world.

Actually, not to brag, but as a professional project zomboid streamer, the best strategy is one I developed the first time I played. It involves leaving your house before getting sufficiently prepared, running into zombies while getting lost, leading the horde of zombæ following you into another horde coming from another direction, and then dying. Have you considered asking an actual question? Like, "I've been prescribed beta blockers for [condition] and I'm worried about [specific side effect(s)]" Running around shouting BETA BLOCKERS!? SIDE EFFECTS!?! is completely unhelpful.

Could you post what medicines you take? Perhaps a photo of your medicine cabinet? Your side effects could be a drug interaction, which could be caused by over the counter drugs.

Anxiety issues with public speaking and also a long flight, no side effects I can remember except iirc a diminished appetite and I stopped suddenly but they were short term and if you take them long term talk to your doctor before trying to stop
