An episode of Doctor Who where The Doctor and his companion arrive at a planet where it's cities and towns had been destroyed but soon noticed that it was inhabited as several migrants re-locate to a small area in a valley where there happens to be a crashed and broken TARDIS that has been housing the planet's population?

I would because we already know that Tardis' are sentient and can do things without guidance. So it would be interesting to see Its motivation behind protecting the village.

Oh man, that sounds very good. They could also do an episode that has a crossover with Sonic. The TARDIS could have a race with Sonic and then The Doctor and Sonic could team up against Eggman.
