Teriyaki chicken (technically Japanese but sold at some Chinese places), Black Pepper Chicken, Orange Chicken, and Kung Pow Chicken.

It's very good.

None of those are authentic or eaten in China, except Kung Pow Chicken. Teriyaki is Japanese.

Cathy don't fret anyone telling you Teriyaki is Japanese - Yes as a word it is - Same exact ingredients are used in other Asian countries and its just called what ever word they have for such.

Also large parts of China cook with Chile Peppers. China out of 200,000 years of human habitation has only used the Chile Pepper for a few hundred years. Its an American veggy.

So the single most important part of Sichuan Chinese cooking is American based. Kung Pow Chicken is far more American then it is Chinese.
