Transracial is usually a term used with adoptees who were born in another country/race/ethnicity but raised in another, which can create very complicated identity issues. What people seem to think that transracial means: “I am (insert race here) but oh man, I just feel like I should’ve been born (insert race here)”.

Not sure if you're being serious or just try to troll Vocalon, but my answer to this would be that there's no evidence of such a thing as "racial identity". Not like a gender identity, anyway. There's no part of your brain that determines what race you identify as.
And, as someone who likes equality, I find the idea of people feeling strongly enough about race to want to swap race a little disturbing. It's literally just skin colour. Ideally, it shouldn't be a determining part of your self-identity.

I think in the case of transgendered people, some element of the dysphoria must be related to the body, more specifically to sexual differentiators like body hair distribution, skeletal shape, mammary gland development, genital configuration, etc. If a man can want the body of a woman is it so crazy to think someone with straight blond hair and pale skin could want tightly curled dark hair and dark skin? I don't understand it myself but if one could have gender dysphoria then why can't one have racial dysphoria? I mean, there are people who want perfectly fine limbs chopped off so they can be amputees.
