“Now I wish that someone told me that when I was in high school that I could have felt like a woman when it came time to take showers in PE,” Huckabee said in the February speech. “I’m pretty sure that I would have found my feminine side and said, ‘Coach, I think I'd rather shower with the girls today.’"
Huckabee told Deace he was "kind of glad" the video of his remarks made the rounds online.
“I'm kind of glad it's posted because people, if they watch the whole clip, what they're going to see is that I'm giving a commonsense answer to the insanity that's going on out there," Huckabee said. "Because I hear people, everybody wants to be politically correct, everybody wants to be loved by the media and loved by the left and loved by the elitists. But, you know, I know I'm not going to be, so let's just get it over with. I'd rather be a commonsense candidate for people who did take their brains to work today."

Though, like this guy, I think she's more focused on the negative sides of it. Like people potentially "exploiting" or faking it or yelling "DIE CIS SCUM", rather than the more positive aspects like accepting actual transsexuals and positive transsexual activism.

And what I'd say in response to that is that people like that shouldn't be more significant that legit transsexuals, who often have a hard time with growing up and being bullied.
I just think that accepting people who often have a hard time of it is more important than being vigilant to any who might be "faking".

Well, like I said, I just think it's more important to know that there are lots of people out there who definitely have this thing and need help.
I've seen scientific, peer-reviewed papers stating that the condition exists, and that people who have it all too often get bullied or abused because of it. So unless there's a better scientific paper out there saying that most of them are just attention whores, I'll be sticking to my current outlook.

Must admit such an idea has never crossed my mind. Other then of course I think any normal healthy hetro male thinks THEY are the one who if the Lesbian gave them a chance - Could be converted with the right male if given a chance. But the idea that I wood have to pretend to be one of them to be with them er Not once has that crossed my mind.
Next week I will be at another Cajun Festival. Its the same weekend that hosts close by a Tattoo convention and lots of girls and mostly Lesbians take time to attend the Cajun event and over the years I have ...Stories for some other time other then I do enjoy flirting with them and am probably the only male at that event that has seen a few Tattoos that no other male is going to view.
