Topic: What can I do about this sexual harassment?

I work on a painting crew. I've been with the team for almost two weeks. The team is comprised of four women and two men. One of the men is me. Everyone gets along, works well together and are amazingly efficient- probably the best crew I've been on in my four years at this job.

Here's the thing that is bugging me. Most of the time we banter about normal stuff like, you know, tv and SOs and kids. But every single day the women start talking about pregnancy and periods and menopause and crap. For at least an hour a day I have to hear about there reproductive parts. I'm extremely uncomfortable with this. One chick even talked about the weird details about breastfeeding her kid. I think this is over the line. I shouldn't half to listen to this at work. I think it's sexual harassment. What should I do?

It wouldn't be considered sexual harassment. There wasn't a mention in your op about anyone saying anything or trying to do anything sexual.

It has to be something illegal tho. You can't just talk about breasts and reproductive organs at work I think.
