Not surprising. Almost every adult human being on the planet has been Peter Dinklage's height. Also I like how it links to Wikipedia to support the Josephus thing, but there is no mention of cubits in the article. Quality site.

Did you know that Kunming, China, is about to open a theme park featuring midgets? Kingdom of the Little People. Fun fact. Thanks.

> From a variety of sources we know that Jesus was small in stature; this in a time when the average male measured 5’1” and weighed 110 pounds.

oh really? a variety of sources, eh? let's see

> The first century historian Josephus reports him being approximately 3 cubits tall (4 feet 6 inches).

hmm, alright. well, we don't really know the exact length of a cubit and we certainly can't compare it to an inch with any accuracy.
The cubit is an ancient unit based on the forearm length from the middle finger tip to the elbow bottom. Lengths ranged between 53 to 43 cm (21 to 17 in) during the ancient Egyptian to Roman empires. Cubits of various lengths were employed in many parts of the world in antiquity, during the Middle Ages and as recently as Early Modern Times. The term is still used in hedge laying, the length of the forearm being frequently used to determine the interval between stakes placed within the hedge.
so by the wiki estimates he could have been as tall as 5 feet 3 inches tall which is taller than the average height referenced in the article.

> The Gospel of Luke (19:3) describes Zaccheus’ attempt to see Jesus while he preached in a crowd: “And he sought to see Jesus who he was; and he could not for the crowd, because he was low of stature.” Luke may be referring to Zaccheus rather than Jesus, but the idea that Jesus was slight can be seen again in the Acts of John v. 90: “…I was afraid and cried out, and he, turning about, appeared as a man of small stature…”

hmmm, i've never heard of this referring to anything but the height of Zaccheus.
He wanted to see who Jesus was, but because he was short he could not see over the crowd (the fucking bible, luke 19:1-10)

notice how it says he could not see over the crowd... because it says he was short. i don't know how you could read that as jesus being short unless you haven't read the passage.

> The Qur’an records Jesus’s diminutive size in the story of the the night that the prophet Muhammad flies to Jerusalem on a winged horse to visit the prophets Abraham, Moses and Jesus; Jesus was the smaller of the three.

the story loses all credibility when it includes a flying winged horse. also moses and abraham and jesus were all dead by hundreds if not thousands of years when muhammad was alive, so either he visited their jedi ghosts or the story if a fairy tale.

none of these sources even remotely support the idea that jesus was a dwarf. except for the one from 800 years after his death in which he was a guest star in another prophet's Bible.

I did not know that. Is the Falun gong involved in any way? I know of at least one minichan user who is a Falun dafa agent in Kunming, China.

it took me all of 1 minute to fact check the sources and totally dismiss the authors premise because they are just wrong.
