When I 1st decided to reply I was going to ask wot becky wood say about the defense.
Problem is. Lets say defense wins and homeless man is sent to a mental hospital where he is given drugs to control his behavior. Then is released and its up to him to continue to take his medicine.
Of course at some point he will Stop and continue to live on the street as a danger to society.
So becky wot is society supposed to do to solve this problem? Cure him? Good luck with that.
