About a month ago ctrl + f stopped working like it used to work, now it just opens new tabs. Suddenly they have now decided to add a new feature, whenever your crosshair is not on the top of the monitor it removes the web address and windows bar.
It fucking sucks and i did not even update firefox. How much of this shitty aggressive behavior before they realize that innovation every second or two does not at all allow people to become accustomed to their so called innovations?
I say we form a militia and burn them alive in front of their children.
hahahaha? Are you really calling me a retard while telling me how things are aren't the way things are for me, even though i have confirmed it for you? Please kill yourself and then kill your mother so she won't breed any more of you. See? I can make retarded comments as well.

Fuck you are right. I told Anonymous B to kill himself and his mother... what kind of a person would do that all because of inconvenience? Now he is going to do it and its all my fault. This is all because firefox failed to live up to my standards

i've got the most current version of FF
ctrl-f opens a search dialog
F12 toggles Full Screen mode (which hides the URL bar at the top.)
problem is on your end, OP, this version of firefox is no different than the last, but there's some new sign-in service called "pocket" or something that saves your open tabs i guess. looks useless. but everything else appears to be the same. i'd uninstall/reinstall or get into the config and fix whatever settings got changed. but whatever you've got going on it's not working as intended.
so you're not seeing new features or changes of old features, your shit got fucked. you'll have to figure out how to fix it though, sounds like a really weird problem. i didn't even know you could change ctrl-f to something else.

I bet he has fifty extensions and can't remember what any of them do. Also he probably messed around with the settings for fun.

I have never understood why i would share cookies or accept cookies, probably because i have no idea what they are. Even chrome isn't working correctly, it wont delete my history and randomly forgets my homepage. This is all so messed up.
Not even close. I have three extensions and already have i tried removing them all. @565,458 (squeegee)

It will take so much time but i really doubt that i have a virus or any kind of that stuff. I mean i have nod32, updated and everything. Nothing can really defeat that system i believe and especially since all of this happened with in one day. Xhamster does not give you viruses does it?
squeegee replied with this 11 years ago, 2 minutes later, 1 hour after the original post[^][v]#565,472
@previous (J)
oh no, xhamster is one of the worst, you can get a virus by just saying xhamster out loud. you'd better delete your c drive quick

we've offered suggestions and you've declined to take them.
1. do a virus scan - you said you didn't think that was it, so i guess you're not going to try that
2. uninstall/reinstall your browser - you decided to uninstall extensions and that didn't work so you're not going to take the extra step and uninstall the browser i guess
try those two things and then come back to us and we'll maybe offer more suggestions, but if you're not willing to perform troubleshooting steps and work the problem then you're not going to get much help.
Anonymous J replied with this 11 years ago, 3 minutes later, 1 hour after the original post[^][v]#565,485
I already did reinstall firefox and like i said it takes fucking time to do a virus scan. I have 1.3 terabytes of material on my freaking computer. You always were such an elitist man.

Nothing man. I am really confused about all of this, there is this myth within my family that our blood and technology does not go together. Everyday it seems more true

Open the task manager, and check if you have the explorer.exe virus. Its quite common and hard to delete, you may need to block it with a firewall or virus program.

yup. that's why i come back too. adrenaline.
anyway ctrl-t is supposed to open new tabs. it seems like somehow the default keybinds got changed. i didn't even know that was something that could be changed. look for or google for key binds and see if that's something easy to revert back.
do you mess with the configs or anything? turn off cookies? get into admin stuff?
and what has the virus scan turned up, still cranking away on your sea of data?
