Keyword bans are for those that post and those that ignore? How many times do I have to ignore a post that only has the word shtick and not report it before I am banned? Because I've ignored that a lot lately.

There is no definitive number. The system weighs your Poster Reputation Score and makes decisions based on that.

It's not an algorithm as such, just a neural network that is trained by having the staff rate all posts made on several scales. This neural network is then fed all new posts including various metadata which it uses to come to a conclusion. The database behind the neural network is too big to share, and the neural network itself is proprietary. Sorry.
