it's a "soft body physics" crash sim pretty much atm. you can get it on steam, i guess it's early development, but it's not much of a game. it's more like a glorified tech demo. but, it could certainly be gamified very easily. mostly i think they are focused on the crash physics and that's it, but one day it might be a major addition to other driving games or it could potentially become a real game in it's own right. http://store.steampowered.com/app/284160/
you can also download a free demo that comes with 1 map and 1 car. the map is perfect, it's very simple but it has all kinds of ramps, loops, half-pipes, obstacles and uneven terrain. it even has "crash test" runways and stuff. the car is like a civic or something, but it crashes like a dream. very fun, especially for a free download. playable with gamepads and steering wheels (if you have a steering wheel, the driving is really, really good.) http://www.beamng.com/techdemo

it's actually a pretty damn good driving sim. lots of maps in the paid for version as well as several modes like racing and stunt jumping. the crashes are damn impressive. probably not worth 30 bucks right now, but it drives so nice with a wheel i think it is. if you don't have a wheel, try the demo first.
