So I work at grocery store for a little more than minimum wage, and for the past year I've been pushing carts. I applied for an open position in the bakery and got the job. Now I'm finally inside out of the cold, wet, and heat and have a job as a cake decorator. My only issue is, even though the job is much less laborious and much more comfortable indoors, it is a lot more responsibility, and despite getting the same pay, I feel like I'm being held to a much higher standard. My bosses are mostly satisfied with my work, but are constantly bitching about the quality of my cake decorating (customers never complain) and try to find every single little mistake and are constantly telling me that I need to improve. They never even trained me because the supervisor in the bakery is retarded and can't even do as well as me herself, so I decorate most of the cakes. What should I do?

Then there will be no bakeries and I might lose my job. Plus I prefer a plan that doesn't rely on genocide. Thanks for the advice though.
Maybe explain the situation to the store manager and ask for a raise/promotion? Maybe in a few months I could take my supervisor's job. She's not very experienced.
