This retard is a cop in Missouri. Yes, that Missouri. Like most Missouri cops, he has a particular point of view on shooting young, unarmed black men that most normal people would find distasteful. His favorite subreddit is /r/legaladvice, where he likes to demean people for questioning police actions, asking about the possibility of suing the police, or just generally being black and unarmed. He really hates unarmed black men (all cops do). I assume he also hates dogs and shoots them whenever possible.
