@OP
Stopped reading at the part where they used a comma instead of an apostrophe. Try to only quote people who aren't illiterate retards. Thanks.

"Throughout my life, I've always been really close with girls and made friends with girls. And I've always been a really sickly, feminine person anyhow, so I thought I was gay for a while because I didn't find any of the girls in my high school attractive at all." - Kurt Cobain
"I definitely feel closer to the feminine side of the human being than I do the male - or the American idea of what a male is supposed to be. Just watch a beer commercial and you'll see what I mean." - Kurt Cobain.

The sexual awakening of the beast. Papa is coming home from war,and when you meet him, you'll never be the same.

eh, that sounds like someone born after the 90s commenting on what it was like for someone living in the 90s. that whole grunge crowd and garage band scene was full of Morrissey faggots and "Green day gay-punk" and all those pre-emo post hippie garage-band grunge lords were metrosexual and in touch with their bisexual sides. and heroin!

yup. also people forget that their music was getting worse. cobain really never, ever fit into the whole corporate music "thing" and towards the end was just spiraling down and making a huge splash which included pretty awful albums not to mention his shotgun suicide. the band was tearing itself apart well before his death, and TBH his real legacy IS goth and Emo, it's like when he died everyone got all morbid and fucking sad and shit and cried about it and obsessed about it for a damned decade at least.
but i like how when Dave Grohl went on to do Foo Fighters all the songs sounded incredibly powerfully happy
i think he hated what kurt cobain ended up being at the end. and also courtney love is fucking trash and drove him so far off the deep end he hero'd

I think it pretty much boils down to: Kurt didn't want to be popular, he didn't even really want to be seen as talented. Nevermind was such a huge success the he couldn't really deal with it. In Utero was basically a "fuck you" to all the bandwagoners and media people that drove him crazy. "If everything I do is going to be regarded as amazing, here's what a mental break sounds like."

yeah, i forget what they say he had, but he had like a stomach or bowel condition. like crohns or something, it was really painful, and he was always looking for pain relief as well. he was using heroin to control the pain, and ultimately i think what you said, plus his physical condition, i think he just saw himself as being 100% ruined, so he opted out
