XXXXXXXX opened to huge crowds by temporarily offering half-priced dishes. Waits were two or three hours in the first week, defining what was for many, undoubtedly, a great disappointment. A whimsical purplish atmosphere and exemplary service cannot mask the rather bizarre, dreadful food. Somehow, the cooks managed to suck the flavor out of the dishes, and replaced it with copious amounts of salt, as if trying to cure and preserve the customers.
