I got one. Men who "feel" that they are really a woman or the other way around, something happened in the womb. First, there are fraternal twins, one boy and one girl, in embryo form. The embryos merge, and the brain part of one dies and the body part of the other dies, and the two remaining brain and body cells together form the fucked up tranny.
