I've finally quit. It was making me feel bad. I just have a few puffs of my e-cig what I got from Poundland.

I am so satisfied by that puff of real tobacco that I just can't conceal my satisfaction at smoking a real cigarette.

I've stopped smoking maybe for a few months now. I don't get addicted though.
