To be honest, Minichan is a pretty relaxed place of work. Minichan's HR people are not going to care if you leave crap off, as long as what's on there is good.

sigh, okay, we'll do this the hard way.
is she a female? is she a blonde? is she young and healthy and pretty? nice legs? round ass? firm tits?
i'm asking for details here.
and if it's a dude tell him to fuck off and stop wasting your time.

Did they catch aids and you are worried about the spread? L
@561,672 (squeegee)
Why are you so superficial? :(
I would totally overlook up to 4 months of a gap. Various short stints for under 6 months as employees (not contractors) looks worse to me than a gap.
If you're desperate to cover all time periods, just explain it as freelance or odd jobs.
@561,677 (A)
Does superficiality trigger you?
@561,677 (A)
you can tell everything you need to know about a person by looking at them.
are they female? a simple glance can (usually) tell you.
are they attractive? again, you can generally do this at a glance (but beware of the "hot chick from behind" effect a nice hairstyle and ass can have)
9/10ths of your hires should at least fit this profile. if you want, like, male managers or something you can DO that, but you really only need
one guy. like, at the top, you know? you don't really need to waste a bunch of money on more expensive male applicants. just hire women because they'll do the same work for less money.
that's well established, you can really bring down your bottom line when you can save, like, 20% right off the top.
"but women choose to get pregnant and leave the workforce early and investing in them as employees has limited value especially if your industry requires highly skilled and experienced workers!"
yeah, but if they're
pretty then ultimately it makes up for it, i mean you're already paying them less and you're beautifying the office at the same time. you can save a ton on interior decorating by just having good looking ladies around.
hiring women is just a winning scenario. if they are pretty. otherwise they take experience away from the workforce by leaving their careers for families. in that case it's better to just hire a
good looking man. but, good looking women are always best.
