Game Gear was really ahead of it's time. A console that you could turn into a portable TV in the early 90s was insane. They were even planning on releasing a touch screen Game Gear more than 10 years ahead of the DS, but ended up scrapping the idea because it would have cost around $300 (Which I guess was a lot of money for a handheld console back in the early 90's, but look at what people are spending on games now.)

I had a GameBoy Color with every single accessory. The rechargeable battery pack with grips, the raised button pad, the foldable magnifying glass with light, GameShark Pro, wormlight, you name it. My GameBoy looked like a monster.
