He has Cerebral palsy and used his cane he uses to hit a young child in a WalMart parking lot after she allegedly made fun of him. He is literally my only and best friend and I know he's going to want me to bail him out since his parents are long dead. Only thing is, I only have one part-time job and won't be able to pay next month's rent if I bail him out. What'ld you do?

That is a difficult situation man. Guess you deserve the title of a man. Have you tried asking the landloard for some break? Maybe the bank? If its all negative then i am afraid you have to tell him the truth, that you simply cant even though you want to.
