I'm in a bit of a situation, on bail from Kent Police on grooming and possession of indecent images charges.

I know I'm fucked on the images charge, but the grooming charge is bullshit.
They took my stuff from me, PC, phone etc.

They'll find less than 20 images, and they'll find messages that state that I wasn't going to get involved with anyone under 16, and making it clear that I would wait until a 14 year old I was speaking to was 16 before anything happened.

I had a previous caution for having sex with the same girl they said I groomed (even though that was case closed, caution, don't get involved with her again). I didn't meet up with the girl, nor did I send her any sexual messages or pictures.

How fucked am I?
Do you think I could just get another caution when its all over?
What resources could I use as a defense?
