Those roasties and that beef looks grossly undercooked.

Lots of fresh fruits, mainly tangerines, kumquats, satsumas, and navel oranges. Oh, pineapples too, and watermelon and sometimes canteloupe. Coffee, all the time, usually 8 O'clock dark Italian roast. I use my deep fryer daily to make fried okra, fried eggplant, chicken fried steak, fried chicken (drumsticks and thighs, breasts are dry and flavorless thanks), Louisiana hot sauce, Franziæ (Sunset Lush flavor), Christian Brothers brandy, James Harbor rum, Steel Reserve malt liquor.

So if you see someone pushing a cart with the aforementioned items through your grocery store, congratulations you have found a libertarian!

Based on your poll options, you seem to have misspelled "OP" in the headline.

The fuck are you on about? That's from Britain, and has hardly seen an oven for about 1/4 of its required cooking time.

I'm unused to meat that uncooked, but the complaint of dryness is easily circumvented with gravy.

Eating that thing in the photo with gravy just strikes my imagination as a sensorily unpleasant mess, the gustatory equivalent of eating a slimy, cold, raw carcass.
