The closest I've gotten to that at home was just getting to the seat too late for it to go in the bowl proper. Having to clean your toilet seat isn't a pleasant experience.

Once I was walking with my dog at night and I saw a drunk guy peeing on the side of a barbecue truck. He was so out of it that he didnt realize that he wasnt covered from the back.
