People literally die because medicine costs too much. Money isn’t real. It stands for some arbitrary number and people literally DIE because of that number. Because they don’t have that number so they die. That should freak us all out. We should be overthrowing the government.

There haven't been any true communist countries anyway. At least not communism's supposed final stage, where the government basically dissolves and it's one big society of equals working together.
Pretty much every country that's tried to attain that objective, though, has indeed ended up helmed by murderous dictators or otherwise fucked up.

It is not completely arbitrary. Things cost more because more money, more resources, and more labor go into their production. Capitalism is not what makes those things more expensive. Even if we were in a completely socialist society those things would still take resources and labor. Life saving drugs and surgical procedures aren't just going to appear out of thin air without capitalism. Capitalism gives people motivation to deliver those goods and services.
