Here's a question. Have you ever tried to pick up North Korea's foreign propaganda station, Voice of Korea, in the English language?
If not, I'm sure there are instructions on how to do so. Make sure you get their English station. Tell me how that goes.

They have Korean, English and Spanish stations only. You've probably got their Korean station. It's a very distinct language that sounds like Japanese in syllable metre but Chinese in enunciation, but is actually nothing like either.

I find that being tired compounds my cravings, though it also increases the effort threshold required to prepare something, or even eat pre-prepared meals, so I default out of eating rather than lack the appetite for it.
I'm back down to the 85kg I was from 98 or so during the winter. You'd never guess that my appearance, as it is now, would've been reflected in my ill-fated, self-published /cow/ post.
I find that being tired compounds my cravings, though it also increases the effort threshold required to prepare something, or even eat pre-prepared meals, so I default out of eating rather than lack the appetite for it.
