This is Robert's father, Jonathan, posting on his account. I am very sad to inform you all that our dear young Robert passed from this world into heaven thirty minutes ago. I know that he loved this place, and he asked me to let you all know, should the worst happen.
It was quite a tragedy, from which I am not sure I will ever recover, neither his mother, Mary, George, Sarah, or Peter. Young Robert, recovering from his latest surgery, was well enough to sit in a wheelchair, though he was still extremely weak and in pain. I had bought him some gifts (which all now seem so worthless compared to my dear boy's life) for when he recovered: it is hard for a parent not to spoil his child, especially when his child is so sick. I had bought him a new Rolls Royce Phantom for his upcoming driving exam; a new King Air aeroplane to replace the last; a new sailing yacht; a personal helicopter; and a small, personal submarine for him to use in the sea. We were testing them all: Mary was driving the Rolls, I was flying the plane, George was in the helicopter, Peter was manning the yacht, and Sarah was in the submarine.
Well, Roert's mother, my dear wife, was pushing Robert in his wheelchair. The hospital is on a lovely cliff that overlooks the sea, and dear Robert had requested that his mother wheel him so that he could sea the ocean, and breathe some fresh salty air. Then, somehow, the worst of all luck came together in a horrible end. Due to a UK Naval ships sonar testing, all of the controls on all of the vehicles went haywire, and all of us lost control at once. As the King Air which I was piloting began to stall and fall to the earth, Robert cried out, causing his mother to gasp and lose control of the wheelchair.
Poor, dear Robert's wheelchair began to roll down the steep cliff to the sea. As cruel fate would have it, all of the vehicles began racing and careening together. I managed to eject from the aeroplane at the last second, preserving my life. But at the very same instant, Robert and his wheelchair, the King Air, the Rolls Royce (which had plunged down off the cliff), the yacht, the helicopter, and the submarine, all smashed together at the very same spot, creating an enormous explosion, the fireball of which shot hundreds of metres into the sky! We lost poor Robert, along with Mary, George, Peter, and Sarah.
I am a broken man, I have lost all I loved in this world, save my dear wife. I hope that we can recover some day. I am sorry to have to have been the one to report this. Goodnight to you all. God bless you.
