I suppose that, objectively, he's not as bad as Matt. He'll make a few topics with his creepy schtick, but he'll generally not make too many and a lot of the drama around him is people getting agitated when they could reasonably ignore him. He's not really much different than Svet's ShitArse act, which was tolerated.
Compare that to Matt, who will recycle the same topics over and over again or can potentially bring a whole raft of drama with him into a topic.

Fix it how, exactly? It's pretty hard to implement proper ignoring on an anonymous BBS. Feel free to make suggestions here: https://github.com/r04r/minichan/issues, or contribute code in general. If it's quality, it will happily be accepted.
In any case, is it really that difficult to just ignore something and not respond to it? Do you really have so little self control that you require things to be censored in order to feel happy?
