My mother has been tending to her and only now got her to drink some water.

She hasn't been eating, drinking, or pooping.

Not sure exactly, but at least eight to ten years.
They're pretty old.

All of them are related too.

One of them got pregnant when we let a stray into the house so we have a third younger cat and the one who's sick is the mother's sister. We found them both as babies at our old home.
