I rarely re heat food in a microwave, I prefer to use the oven. Do you think there is no leftover food worth re heating?

Oven? In that case, I would say that anything with starh, like rice or potatoes, are ok, and most meat too, just not with bones. Fish does not reheat very well since Chinese serve the entire fish, head, fins on, and bone in.

I never reheat food, so I apologize that I cannot answer. For fresh hangover food, protein in any form is the best.
