This might surprise you, but some people don't give a shit about voting. Also, different countries, different cultures, and different governments means different levels of voter apathy.

It's still an increase from last year, though. Not a dramatic one, but an increase nonetheless.

Anyway, apathy or laziness aside, some might've felt that none of the parties represented them sufficiently.
