There's millions of animals that can kill you, from tiny venomous spiders to big kangaroos. And then there's the censorship. GTA has all the blood removed, banned most places. A lot of stuff that is legal elsewhere is illegal in Australia. Oh, and it's hot and full of rabbits and toads. And if you don't vote, you get fined or a court summons! That's democracy!

Lived and worked in Australia. If one is familiar with old western movies? That is Australia.
They even outfit cars with special grills to kill animals on the road as road kill for the table.
Will say over all I enjoyed my stay but its a nice place to visit buttttt wood not want to live there for the long haul.

Back in the 60's Australia was begging for people from USA to immigrate. They offered all expenses including a first class One way ticket and guaranteed employment.
Don't remember any other details other then back b4 getting married my soon to be wife and I discussed the offer they were making. Came with a cash up front bonus to move.
