Sure drugs are more powerful. Just drug the insane enough and make them easy to manage.

Then you know from the video that insane asylum's no longer exist. Mental hospitals these days may still be stressful, but it's voluntary and the people there genuinely want to help you.

My father worked as a tard wrangler in a mental hospital. From what he told me it wasn't pleasant for anyone involved, but that was almost 40 years ago.
Besides, the mental hospitals that you, and most people on this forum, will encounter are about the absolute best the world has to offer. "Better now than then" is relative.
