it's getting pretty complicated, that whole internet deal, and i wonder if any ghosts have found a way into cyberspace.i would think that your "classical ghost" these days would be pretty tech savvy. Sure, there's still a lot of old ghost, like civil war ghosts and like all the ghost animals and dinosaurs and all, but now a days there are so many people that we already outnumber all of the previous generations combined. In a few more years that means there will be more modern ghosts than any other KIND of ghost. And i'm sure some young ghosts are out there teaching old ghosts how to mess with modern day people anyway.
Sure, i can understand why "haunted iPads" or PCs haven't been a thing, tech illiterate ghosts (like the civil war ghosts i mentioned) would look at an iPad and not even know it would be a good thing to haunt. They just keep doing the same tired shit like haunting cabinet doors and knocking pictures off the wall. but now that a lot of people have died that know how to use modern stuff i'm sure we'll start seeing a lot more haunted high-end electronics.
Probably when our parents die we'll end up with "haunted toolbars" that keep installing themselves into our browsers and disappeared icons.

I prefer to think that all ghosts are wandering the known universe doing whatever the fuck they want, but remain mostly on Earth because that is their original home planet. Soon when evidence of ghost existence emerge and the living can officially see and interact with the dead. This is when discrimination problems start to occur as ghosts begin to pursue careers and education. Soon there are ghost marches for ghost rights as they were once human beings.
