Sarah Landon and the Paranormal Hour. It has some of the worst acting, script, and makeup of any in theater movie that I've ever seen.
Also an older movie called Fury Dolls.
Its abouylt a creepy old man who shrinks people, but the director/camera man can't decide exactly what size the little people should be, and so the ratios change for every scene.

its supposed to be about unit 731 or something, except its so fucking long (4-5 hours) and so fucking stupidly shot (everyone is a russian model in this movie) and the special effects are like watching a tool music video

no, im not, its called "philosophy of a knife". men behind the sun is kind of a cool series though? i mean, ive read that there are 4 movies in the series but ive only been able to track down 2 (men behind/black sun) which has to do with rape of nanking, i know of a third one but i cant find it, and in regards to a fourth film ive only seen it mentioned in a few write ups, dont know if it actually exists or not
