Stalking doesn't mean what you think it means

It does according to the US Federal Government's definition. Look it up. Also, get a life (also maybe a job?).

No. You are not a lawyer. You are an obsessed basement dweller who obsessively stalks people every day. What you have someone a crime and real lawyers could put you into jail for it.

You should. Stalking people and their families is really fucked up.

I did not think that you were a stalker, Becky. Since you know US stalking laws, then you know that what Syntax and others do here, is illegal.

Lawyers can't put you in jail, the law and a judge can though.

Yes, it is. I have read the law carefully. Syntax and his harassment of my family and threats to me and my family clearly violate the law.

Seriously? 20 year of this shit, and I am supposed to sort through it all? Ok here is one example. Last year on Scatchan, he threatened that he was going to mail nude pics of my deceased grandmother to all of my family members. That clearly violates US stalking law. How can you think that is ok, Becky? I thought you were a smart, civilized person. Why are you defending this shit?

OP, please don't answer this person's questions. Just state that you will talking to your lawyer about her, and she'll go very quiet, as it would risk her charade being exposed.

And yes, threatening harm or causing fear is stalking by law. Read the law.

posting federal information is a crime, ripping up someone elses mail is also a crime
just because you dont agree with it doesn't mean its not, i hate matt as much as anyone but he is right on this one
though i will say even though its highly illegal, proving the case in court is another story, if he could prove somehow that syntax got ahold of this information and he, himself- posted it, syntax would be in a lot of trouble, but like i said proving it in court would be highly difficult

What the hell does that mean?

Like I asked Matt. Can you post what part of the law you think Syntax violated? Because I've read the law, I re-read it today, and I just don't see it. Note that threatening to do something is not an "attempt"
Find me a single successful prosecution under § 2261A for anything even remotely like what Matt has alleged Syntax did (and which is usually another random person posing as Syntax anyway).

Article. I.

OK So Anon I - In the open I have posted US Gov Federal Information. You say I have committed a crime. Sue me please and take it to the US Super Court but just one thing. I will retain Dewey Cheetum and Howe - So don't even think about retaining them.

Is that why you left the United States? You were afraid Syntax would file charges against you for harassing him and his family?
