Matt can actually make it cheaply. Just videotape him cooking and explaining the process, edit it to trim it so it's not long and boring, and then upload it to YouTube. It'll probably get popular and could make him money.

He also needs to restart his blog which will help promote his cooking YouTube channel and his Miller Guide.
