I googled:
-glitter unicorn
-joint clip art
-glitter
I resized the unicorn, added some random effects on it, placed the joint in it's mouth, added smoke coming out of the joint and applied "chrystalize" filter to all of it. Than I added the glitter layer and set it as additive.
Took me shorter to do than to type this post.

and no, i don't need to be accredited. it's just a montage of images from the web, all i did was crop a few things.
