Ok so one some websites, at the bottom of the page is a place to click for the Next Page, Previous Page, and some have numbers between the two so you can click on a specific page. What is the technical term for that?

Pagination (buttons)?

Whenever the paging size is configurable, I set it as close to unlimited as it lets me.
