Actually one could say there is. There are no definite boundaries in culture. Culture is just ideas that are passed down from generation to generation, and while there are many distinct Asian cultures, one can look at what people from East Asia have in common and what sets them apart from Western culture and call that a culture. There's really no limit to how far you can divide up or lump together the concept of culture.

I had friends in college who studied abroad in Japan as well as several friends who joined the Marines and were stationed in Okinawa who tell me there are women who throw themselves at American men. I think it is possible to make some generalisations on that scale, but only very broad ones.
