Do you have any tips for breeing pokemon for skill sets? Also how do you feel about Smeargle.

Get a ditto and an everstone. Get a ditto with the nature you want; modest/adamant etc and equip it with the everstone. Then put it in the daycare with the pokemon you want to breed, i.e. an alakazam with a modest ditto.

You can literally hackpokemon via QR code, much better
