Moved from Iceland to denmark when i was 1 years old. At the age of 7 i moved back. This is a icelandic tradition. In iceland i grew up in a village of about 200 people next to a town of 3000 people.
Money was always short and a endless amount of relatives were always around. I visited my father in Norway once every year and we are on good terms. Grew up still unsure about what i want from life and
i am unemployed still. The unemployment is partly to be blamed on my anxiety disorder.
And yes i do believe in fairies, i have no excuse for this but all i can say is try living with the people who do believe in them. They have a way of convincing you.

Because the thought of it gives me anxiety. I would have no friends there except for my dad perhaps. But when i visited my father, his Norwegian family would go visit their finish family.
So you see, i would have to meet my half brothers and sisters. I would have to meet their mom. That seems out of the question for me.

I think you need to re-think this. What wood be the harm of meeting your extended family?
Finland is also a cool place. Worked and lived there for a while. Worked and lived in Norway.
