Consider this: A 15 minute drive describes a problem set that refers to the user traveling 15 minutes in a car, but it is generally assumed that a shorter amount of travel is also part of this problem set. Now the question is, is a 0 minute drive also part of this problem set? If so, the answer would be yes since OP lives there. But then we have a larger problem on our hands: What about -1 minutes? Is this also part of the problem set, or is it restricted to 0-15 minutes? If not we can further argue that anything is a 15 minute drive from your home as long as you have been there in the past.
