Nothing is more annoying or rude. For example, the second a person finishes his meal, they rush over and clear the plate. That makes the remaining diners feel self-conscious and rushed. Leave the fucking plates until everyone is finished like they do in all other countries. Also, do not ask me more than once (and preferably not even once) how everything is. And do not come to my table over and over. Just fucking go away and I will call you if needed. And do NOT fucking ask me if I Want dessert and coffee while I am still eating my fucking meal. Fuck you.

Why should I have to? I am a guest, a customer. They can handle that problem. The best way is to have another waiter come and say that he will be helping you now. Also, do not tell me their damn name. "Hi. I am Fred and I'll be your server." I did not come out to make friends with you! Be professional!

Yeah, it just doesn't often happen that way. Your waiter/waitress is probably annoyed that they will spend X amount of time being polite and attentive and have another of the wait staff come and pick up the tip for that... And then not split the tip that you leave. Just be real about it and ask them. They'll get it. It'll also probably solve the problem and get the waiter/waitress to stop rushing you.

Exactly. Waiter: 'how's the meal?'. I want to say 'it would be a lot better if you didn't keep asking me that every 5 minutes' but alas. Been a long time since I've been to a restaurant though. I can only afford tinned hotdogs and kettle pasta now.

If so, you've just got pushy wait staff that are trying to get people in and out as fast as possible. I would recommend finding somewhere else to eat. I've had plenty of accommodating, pleasant waiters/waitresses.

Waitresses make below minimum wage. They live off tips. They are trying to be hospitable. Quick and happy service. Plus, yeah. If its a normal or packed night, they might urge you to move on. So others can eat. And about clearing the plate early, it might be a rule. Please think kinder when it comes to this.
