I forgot the second half of my post: I think you'd survive longer than expected, no need to worry about scurvy as potato crisps are fuck-full of vitamin c, you'll definetely end up with malnutrition and a hatred for crisps, but b vitamin deficiency - like you worry about that lol :)

Without a source of vitamin C you would eventually die of scurvy. As long as you have some source of vitamins to make up for living on empty calories, there's no telling how long you could live on junk food.

Survive? Probably a pretty long time, you can read stories about people having a certain type of eating disorder that allows them to only eat one food, and they do so for years and years. Would you be healthy? Probably not very, but you would be relatively fine for a while.
